01

Our commitment

BikeHero aims to protect the privacy and safety of young riders who use the platform. Parent and guardian involvement is important when a rider is below the relevant age threshold or uses a managed family account.

02

How child data is handled

Child and teen-related data is used to provide learning progress, safety education, account access, support, and family features. We do not design the product around unnecessary collection of sensitive information.

03

Questions and requests

Parents and guardians can contact BikeHero about a child's privacy, request support, or submit a data request through the privacy request pathway.
